Iconostasis Item #1413 We lovingly refer to the Christian Décor Iconostasis as the "R.D.I.". which stands for "Rapid Deployment Iconostasis." Originally created for the Church which shares its space with other tenants, the R.D.I. is designed so that two people may assemble or take down the entire interlocking unit in less than fifteen minutes. And, without any alteration, the R.D.I is also a beautifully crafted permanent fixture. Made of lightweight pine, the R.D.I. comes either unfinished or completely sanded, stained and sealed with a golden amber shellac finish. The basic R.D.I. comes complete with four panels, arch, crosses, royal doors and fastening hardware. Extra panels are also available and may easily be added to the basic unit. Optional fabric may be added to the panels to screen off the altar area. Icons are not included, but are available.
