The Christian Décor Icon Shrine is designed to be wall mounted and to hold icons up to 8" x 10". Its small shelf has an area for votive candle, which is included with each Shrine. We recommend that each room of the house have an Icon Shrine of one's Patron Saint. These are also wonderful to mount near the front entrance to one's home. The frame is made of solid oak. The engraved cross is finished in gold leaf.
